Photo exhibition at the MPI

The MPI is currently hosting the exhibition "Psychische Erkrankungen im Blick" (Focus on mental illness), which was created at our Institute in collaboration with renowned photographer Herlinde Koelbl. Life-sized portraits show patients and therapists of the institute - without explaining who is who. This forces viewers to confront their own prejudices about people living with mental illness.

The exhibition is organized in cooperation with f3-freiraum für fotografie and the DGPPN - German Association for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics. It will be at the MPI until November 12th, and is open to everyone. It is located in the foyer in front of our lecture hall.
